Since 1994, Morris Rozen has been a web designer. Designing and operating Houseboat.Net an online directory for everything houseboat and created a market for the Houseboating Industry where none had previously existed online. Achieving contracts with more than 50% of the North American Houseboat Rental Industry by providing a comprehensive rental and manufacturing directory available to the public using Java scripts, Asp applications and Pearl Scripts. Achieved and maintained a top ten search engine position for the entire period that the site was owned and operated by Morris Rozen. Created Virtual Reality Tours of boats online using digital imagery. Houseboat.Net was sold to Houseboat Magazine in March 2000

Currently Morris Rozen is part of the WebMaster instruction team at Seneca College's Webmaster Program.
